Go to Plug-in Manager and enable EQ XML to TXT Converter. You will need to go to the Plug-in Manager where it will be listed in the New section. This Tool is shipped with Audacity but is not enabled by default.

To facilitate this we have added a special Tool to Audacity: EQ XML to TXT Converter which will convert any XML EQ curve files that you have into the required TXT format for 2.4.0. It is important to note that 2.4.4 requires the format for the imported files to be TXT text files and not XML files, as we used in earlier versions of Audacity with the superseded Equalization effect and as links are provided for on this page. In Audacity 2.4.0 we added the ability to import EQ curves for either of the two new EQ effects by using the Manage button in the effects. Don't think it's only suitable for music either, reverb is just about added to every kind of audio production from podcasts to sound design to voiceovers and audiobooks.Adding the Curves to Audacity 2.4.0 or later

Use it to create long and luscious echoes, or dial down the mix knob to add just a touch of reverb to your track. It's the perfect gateway for beginners looking for their first reverb plugin. What's even better is that the website is stocked full of information on the plugin, which isn't always the case with plugin developers, and it includes plenty of audio examples for each preset/mode. Unlike some plugins, Valhalla Super Massive is completely free, with no strings attached. While its user-friendly interface may seem simple, it offers plenty of complex sounds with 16 presets to help you get started Hydra, Orion, and Pisces are the names of just a few. Valhalla Super Massive has a great interface that offers just what you need with none of the extra distractions.

When it comes to reverb plugins, sometimes keeping it simple is best.
